Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with customers and executives to understand their needs
• Prototype and rapidly iterate on product ideas
• Own product features from discovery through shipping with accountability for outcomes
• Partner with engineering and design to write clear specs and make fast decisions
• Drive AI-native product development, including features built on LLMs
• Define success metrics, build dashboards, and monitor shipped features

Requirements

• 2–4 years in product management or product engineering
• Strong technical foundations with ability to read architecture diagrams
• Experience building or owning features powered by LLMs, ML pipelines, or AI automation
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI platforms preferred
• Ability to use AI coding tools to build working prototypes independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with probabilistic systems and AI model failure modes
• Proven track record of turning qualitative signals into structured insights
