Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for AI-driven advertising systems including creative generation and automated optimization
• Design core advertising systems such as ad ranking, recommendation, and bidding mechanisms
• Define end-to-end data flows from user events to modeling and optimization loops
• Build AI-powered growth products like campaign optimization agents and intelligent decision-making systems
• Partner with engineering, data science, and growth teams to deliver high-impact products
• Design A/B testing frameworks and track key metrics like ROAS, LTV, and CAC

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, or Ads/Growth roles
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)
• Solid technical background in Computer Science or Engineering
• Ability to reason about systems, data pipelines, and ML models
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex system-level products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, growth, or ad-tech companies
• Familiarity with auction/bidding systems and attribution models
• Exposure to AI/ML systems, specifically LLMs or generative AI
• Experience building 0→1 products in early-stage startup environments
• Background in quantitative fields like Math, Statistics, or Economics
