Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of product teams, including analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, and setting deadlines
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Lead product execution from initial vision through delivery and iterative improvements
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and various business functions to deliver new products
• Lead product development ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to distill actionable requirements
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and project scope throughout the delivery process
• Measure and review data to develop improvements and build new features

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a related position
• Proven experience in eCommerce, Retail, Order Fulfillment, or Supply Chain
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, systems design, architecture, security, scalability, and reliability
• Ability to lead cross-functional meetings such as WBRs, QBRs, and Annual Planning sessions
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Experience delivering on complex platform problems with high ambiguity
