Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic direction and provide input into product development and marketing plan strategies.
• Lead the development, planning, positioning, and launching activities for complex LED display products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development through end-of-life, including forecasting and procurement to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to engage prospective customers, understand technical requirements, and provide configuration recommendations.
• Coordinate with the parent company (Seiko Epson) to monitor product development and negotiate tradeoffs.
• Drive revenue and gross profit targets while overseeing relationships with Marketing, Logistics, and Service teams.
• Provide technical training and enablement for sales teams and partners regarding product features and competitive differentiators.
• Lead the preparation of technical proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and system architectures.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in product management or pre-sales/solutions engineering specifically for direct view LED systems (narrow pitch <2.5mm, indoor/outdoor).
• Strong technical understanding of LED display systems, including modules, drivers, video processing, and controllers.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform pricing and positioning decisions.
