Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, from initiation and planning through to production release.
• Define and manage program roadmaps, release plans, and dependency maps across cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and DevOps.
• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating strategic goals into actionable product backlogs and user stories.
• Drive Agile and SAFe delivery ceremonies such as PI planning, sprint reviews, and scrum-of-scrums.
• Engage with architects and senior developers on technical solutioning, API design, microservices decomposition, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Define and track program KPIs, OKRs, and delivery metrics to present status reports to senior leadership.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, and blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, program management, or technical product management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-team programs in an Agile or SAFe delivery model.
• Strong technical foundation with a background in software engineering or technical leadership.
• Proficiency in full stack web architecture, including front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, or Python).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe RTE/Product Manager, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or AWS/Azure cloud practitioner.
• Experience delivering complex, distributed, cloud-hosted platforms.
