Technical Product Manager, AVP

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize delivery in collaboration with product teams
• Act as a product owner for engineering teams to shape requirements and validate solutions
• Synthesize operational requirements such as deployment, availability, and performance into standardized processes
• Manage requirements from internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Drive operational efficiency, automation, and CI/CD pipeline improvements
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, support, and cloud operations for smooth deployment and adoption
• Summarize and present product concerns and updates to wider internal and external audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong hands-on technical aptitude with experience working directly with engineering teams
• Experience building or managing products based on cloud-native technologies
• Experience in Financial Services, specifically within investment management workflows
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Git, or Ansible
• Proficiency with REST/OpenAPI, Kafka, and data contract management
• Ability to use SQL for ad-hoc validation and debugging data flows
• Experience with observability tools and building actionable dashboards (e.g., Dynatrace, logs, metrics, traces)
• Understanding of RBAC, audit trails, and secrets management (Vault/KMS)
