Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes including user adoption, engagement, retention, and commercial value
• Run continuous product discovery with customers to translate insights into strategy and roadmaps
• Prototype ideas using AI coding agents to validate UX and feasibility
• Lead an agentic, specification-first development workflow with engineering teams
• Develop and ship simple features end-to-end using coding agents
• Define success measures and evaluation sets for AI-powered features
• Partner with commercial and leadership teams to launch products and drive adoption

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping software products with measurable adoption
• Daily proficiency with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
• Technical fluency in reading and reasoning about code (Django/Python, PostgreSQL, React)
• Ability to define metrics, instrument products, and query data using SQL
• Excellent written communication for creating precise PRDs and specifications
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving 0-1 environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Software engineering background or hands-on development experience
• Experience building LLM-powered features (RAG, agents, LLM APIs)
• Experience in B2B, industrial, or field-service product domains
• Familiarity with wind energy, robotics, or industrial IoT
