Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery execution across technical initiatives, including sprint planning, backlog readiness, and milestone coordination
• Translate technical plans into executable workstreams and timelines in partnership with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies with clear mitigation paths
• Coordinate work across mobile, backend, cloud/platform, QA, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity functions
• Maintain visibility into program status, including scope changes, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Support release readiness by coordinating technical inputs, dependency closure, and test evidence readiness
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure work is visible and aligned across different workstreams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Project Management, or software delivery leadership
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple technical teams, including software, backend, and cloud/platform functions
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile delivery practices
• Technical fluency to work effectively with engineers and Tech Leads on delivery planning and issue resolution
• Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to drive clarity in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices, SaMD, or digital health
• Experience supporting mobile and cloud/backend product delivery
• Familiarity with release readiness, validation planning, or structured release processes
• Experience helping organizations adopt or stabilize lean pod or cross-functional operating models
