Technical Product Manager

A11 is the growth driver behind Europe's leading tech unicorns like Trade Republic, Sennder, and Kry. We act as a SWAT team for business performance, providing expertise in marketing, sales, data, tech, and people ops to solve complex business and technology challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work across industries with companies in various development stages, from B2B to B2C
• Identify and activate new product levers through 0-to-1 product builds, strategy development, or CRO initiatives
• Conduct product analyses and develop strategic recommendations in close collaboration with C-level stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure effective implementation
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor key KPIs and drive continuous growth and optimization

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product management within fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
• Technical background
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
• High level of self-motivation and performance standards
