Technical Product Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Support product discovery by conducting user research and mapping workflows to identify friction points.
• Write clear, structured product specifications (PRDs) and user stories for engineering teams.
• Assist senior Product Managers with roadmap planning and sprint prioritization.
• Analyze product data and usage metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Document system behaviors, edge cases, and integration dependencies.
• Prototype ideas using wireframes, flowcharts, or lightweight technical documentation.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Basic conceptual familiarity with software systems, including APIs, databases, and client-server architecture.
• Exposure to coding through coursework or personal projects (e.g., Python, SQL).
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on being clear, structured, and precise.
• An analytical and curious mindset with a drive to understand complex technical processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a product, engineering, or technical internship.
• Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Figma.
• Exposure to marketplace, fintech, or logistics platforms.
• Experience writing PRDs, BRDs, or technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Arabic or Spanish.
