Technical Product Lead (Teaching-Learning)

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete software product lifecycle from conception to deployment
• Lead development teams and assigned DevTeams through all development phases
• Prioritize product functionalities for each version and roadmap
• Define the product roadmap, framework system, and key success indicators
• Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned technological product
• Analyze technological macro-trends to contribute to product evolution
• Report on progress, resource usage, and key enablement indicators
• Evaluate new software solutions for integration into the application ecosystem

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Mastery of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Mastery of communication tools (Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet)
• Experience managing work tools such as Outlook, Calendar, and Tasks
