About the role
Responsibilities
- Own vertical strategy and product roadmap for HRIS or ATS verticals
- Manage customer requests, sales requirements, and integration timelines
- Drive customer understanding through interviews and industry conferences
- Enable sales and success teams through founder-led sales support
- Coach engineers and act as the primary product stakeholder
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of APIs and technical documentation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of agency and ownership
- Ability to operate across strategic and deep technical levels of abstraction
