Technical Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals, focusing on high-value supply chain outcomes.
• Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Supply Chain products.
• Drive the adoption of Data, Analytics, and Generative AI capabilities to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
• Lead multi-functional delivery teams across Data Engineering, Knowledge Graph, Application Development, and AI workstreams.
• Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and external vendors to align priorities and manage risks.
• Decompose feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
• Establish operating models, governance frameworks, and reusable technology patterns for long-term growth.

Requirements

• Experience delivering large-scale digital products in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related domains.
• Strong solution architecture experience, including scalable application, integration, and data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based data platforms and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
• Experience designing and implementing Enterprise Knowledge Graph solutions (e.g., Neo4j).
• Proficiency with modern data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake.
• Solid understanding of API-led integration and modern web application delivery (e.g., React.js, Node.js, FastAPI).
• Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, and Generative AI (RAG, Agentic AI) architectures.
• Experience developing digital twin or control tower solutions for supply chain management.
• Master's Degree or MBA.
