Technical Product Launch Manager I

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions, tracking deliverables and flagging project risks.
• Develop expertise in site operations and maintenance to represent customer perspectives in product discussions.
• Monitor performance, availability, and quality metrics during field tests to identify and escalate root causes to engineering.
• Assist in evaluating user roles against product requirements and maintaining a prioritized feature backlog.
• Drive launch readiness by developing user training content and ensuring site teams are prepared for go-live.
• Triage operational issues arising from New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to maintain launch schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with stakeholders or partners to resolve business problems.
• Experience working with advanced technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading large-scale, technical, or engineering programs.
• Proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion.
