Technical Product Delivery Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of customer projects end-to-end from scoping to launch
• Act as a mini-PM to clarify requirements, define scope, and drive execution
• Build customer-specific solutions in Python and React using Tabs’ APIs
• Develop creative solutions by combining APIs with flexible workflows and lightweight tooling
• Operate in an FDE-style capacity to investigate customer environments and resolve issues
• Communicate clearly on priorities, timelines, risks, and customer impact

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with strong working knowledge of Python
• Experience building and supporting production workflows and internal tools
• Strong systems thinking regarding data flows, integrations, and edge cases
• Comfort working across APIs, data, and operational tooling
• Ability to scope and drive delivery end-to-end in ambiguous environments
• Strong cross-functional communication skills for client-facing contexts

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL
• Familiarity with GitHub and software development approaches
• Experience debugging production issues in live customer environments
• Prior customer-facing technical experience (solutions, implementation, or support)
• Exposure to Field/Forward-Deployed (FDE) style work
• Familiarity with CRMs, ERPs, or Data Warehouses (Salesforce, QuickBooks, Snowflake)
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel)
• Familiarity with finance, accounting, or B2B operations workflows
