Technical Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the Plan/Source product vision and translate business priorities into an actionable product roadmap
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business performance
• Lead engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new capabilities and platform improvements
• Oversee backlog management, user story quality, sequencing, and sprint execution
• Lead the adoption of Agile frameworks and ensure effective ceremony execution
• Partner with business teams to conduct discovery, user research, and business process analysis
• Utilize advanced SAP S4 expertise to support end-to-end processes and configuration

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technology, IT, or Product Management
• 8+ years of experience working with SAP ERP solutions
• Advanced expertise in SAP S4 processes and configuration
• Strong experience in Production Planning (PP) and implementing Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live)
• Experience with Materials Management (MM)
• Proficiency in Reporting and Analytics
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
