Technical Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the Plan/Source product vision and translate business priorities into an actionable product roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, including AI and automation, to improve business performance.
• Lead and partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new capabilities and platform improvements.
• Oversee backlog management, user story quality, sequencing, and sprint execution.
• Lead the adoption of Agile frameworks and ensure effective ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business teams to conduct discovery, user research, and business process analysis.
• Define value realization frameworks, including success metrics and KPIs tied to business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technology, IT, or Product Management.
• 8+ years of experience working with SAP ERP solutions.
• Deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) with strong experience implementing Material Requirements Planning (MRP Live).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Proficiency in Reporting and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
