Technical Product Analyst, Application Framework

Responsibilities

• Support the Product team in refining the product backlog by providing data-driven insights on usage patterns and new use cases
• Partner with Product Owners and platform engineering to research, analyze, and validate user stories and acceptance criteria
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to communicate customer impact to the engineering team
• Leverage Anaplan model building expertise to validate complex scenarios and ensure platform capabilities meet builder needs
• Collaborate with UX designers, technical writers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-documented features
• Perform detailed validation of features against acceptance criteria to support the user story acceptance process
• Communicate analytical findings and feedback to the broader application framework team and organizational stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, including module design, formula writing, and data integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to decompose complex problems
• Proficiency with Agile development management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence
• Ability to translate complex business and user needs into clear, data-driven feedback for technical teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• A passion for the Anaplan platform and deep empathy for the model builder community

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools to identify and understand user usage patterns
