Technical Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Optimize procurement processes and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ERP migration.
• Negotiate framework and cooperation agreements with potential subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct clarification and negotiation meetings through to contract finalization.
• Work within multidisciplinary tender and project teams (design, preparation, financial, legal).
• Prepare requests for quotation and compare prices and offers both financially and technically.
• Advise projects on final procurement decisions.
• Inform teams regarding market opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a buyer in a technical or industrial environment.
• Experience leading internal projects with a focus on change management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a project-based organization with shifting deadlines.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and technical specifications of materials.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Navision and/or Business Central) and MS Office 365 (especially Excel).
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
