Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer pain points, data landscape, and decisioning needs
• Translate customer challenges into targeted demo solutions using Lyric’s platform capabilities
• Build and maintain demo environments with representative or actual customer data
• Create compelling data stories and visualizations to illustrate solution impact
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to align demo strategy
• Contribute to a library of reusable demo assets and patterns for key supply chain problems
• Adapt and iterate demos rapidly based on evolving customer needs

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical Pre-Sales, solution engineering, product analytics, or technical consulting
• Experience in B2B SaaS or supply chain software
• Background in supply chain software or AI/ML platforms with optimization models or workflow tools
• Proficiency in data cleaning, transforming, and analyzing using SQL, Python, Excel, or BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Skilled at presenting polished solution demos to technical and business audiences
• Degree from a top Engineering School (IITs, NITs etc) or Business School (IIMs etc)
