Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to assess technical requirements and propose E-Band solutions
• Develop and present customized E-Band solutions, including system architecture and integration plans
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare detailed technical proposals, cost estimates, and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
• Gather market feedback to inform product development
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering in telecommunications
• Strong understanding of Microwave E-Band wireless communication technologies
• Ability to design and present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with phased array antennas, beam-forming, and beam-steering technologies
• Familiarity with software-defined payloads and satellite constellation design
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
