Technical POS Installer

Responsibilities

• Configure TPV and POS equipment following sales completion
• Visit clients to configure, explain, and provide training on software and hardware usage
• Manage and resolve technical incidents related to POS devices to ensure client satisfaction
• Report directly to the POS Coordinator

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience configuring TPV or POS equipment
• Experience in on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting
• Valid and official driver's license
• Ability to travel throughout Basque Country, Navarra, La Rioja, and Cantabria
• Skills in planning, organization, customer service, and problem-solving
