Responsibilities

• Own the hardest technical escalations and drive them to root cause through log, data, and system-level analysis
• Validate platform behavior against specifications during beta testing and pre-GA investigations
• Detect systemic events and trigger coordinated incident responses for Sev1 or Sev2 incidents
• Serve as the subject-matter expert on AI output patterns, retrieval quality, and document processing
• Advocate for diagnostic tooling and observability improvements within Product and Engineering teams
• Drive technical root cause analysis during major incidents and hand off confirmed defects with clear reproduction steps
• Build diagnostic tooling, test frameworks, and automation to increase team leverage
• Mentor and serve as the final-filter reviewer for specialists across the function

Requirements

• Experience in deep technical support, solutions, or a platform-specialist role
• Strong proficiency in analyzing logs, data, and complex systems
• Understanding of LLM and AI system behaviors and failure modes
• Ability to translate technical findings for both Product Operations and customer-facing teams
• Experience working major escalations under pressure in cross-functional settings
• Ability to identify patterns across multiple cases to preempt systemic issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in legal AI, document processing, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
