Technical Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with leading robotics labs to influence robot training data strategies
• Identify partner research directions and drive technical requirements for internal teams
• Drive business development by attending conferences and high-touch industry events
• Coordinate with robotics leadership, data ops, QA, and engineering teams to ensure service quality

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in partnerships, product management, strategy, or account management
• Technical background capable of discussing robotics research and negotiating with executives
• Strong communication skills to translate client needs into technical requirements
• Problem-solving mindset for building new systems from zero to one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data ops or account management for AI or robotics labs
• Experience at an early-stage or mid-stage startup
• Strong network within the robotics industry
• Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code
