Responsibilities
- Own partner launch implementations from contract to first customer
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Light's platform
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and update technical documentation, guides, and code snippets
- Translate partner feedback into actionable product requirements to influence the roadmap
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder technical projects, including hardware connections and API updates
- Define and measure technical success metrics for integrated partner solutions
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in technical or solutions-oriented roles
- Ability to read code and navigate API architecture
- Proficiency with SQL for troubleshooting
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Proven project management skills with a focus on complex workstreams
- Must be located in Austin and able to work onsite 5 days per week
