Technical Operator EL

Responsibilities

• Perform drilling, countersinking, and hardware installation (screws/bolts)
• Apply aerodynamic sealants (Fayseal), gap filling, and primers
• Execute component assembly and installation according to quality standards
• Operate manual and pneumatic tools including drills, torque wrenches, buffer grinders, and squeezers
• Conduct measurements of holes and gaps using vernier calipers, Go/No-Go gauges, and feeler gauges
• Interpret technical blueprints and follow Standard Work instructions
• Adhere to all Safety and Hygiene policies and participate in continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Secundaria terminada)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in metalworking or metal-mechanical areas
• Proficiency with metalworking tools (drills, torque wrenches, manual presses, etc.)
• Experience with drilling processes
• Experience using precision measurement tools (vernier, Go/No-Go, etc.)
• Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling chemicals, such as sealants and paints
