About the Company

DMS is a full-service creative digital media agency. Part of the AKA Group, we provide digital creative and media intelligence services to major film and TV studios, leading independent film distributors, West End and Broadway theatres, and global sports, music, and fashion brands.

Responsibilities

• Finalise localised film and entertainment content for international distribution including graphics insertion, subtitling, and dubbed audio layback
• Encode and transcode files according to various broadcast, online, and DCP formats
• Produce output in line with specific film and TV technical standards
• Edit TV spot cutdowns, social media, and promo content
• Manage content uploads and downloads via bespoke digital asset management platforms
• Perform frame rate conversions for worldwide broadcast systems
• Liaise with operations teams, client services, and external clients
• Meet tight deadlines with accurate outputs while working under pressure

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with digital video formats, technical specifications, and encoding/transcoding
• Basic knowledge of online and broadcast video formats and deliverables
• Awareness of Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe Audition
• Awareness of Clipster for DCP creation is preferred
• Ability to work independently on shift and manage quick turnarounds
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work a rota pattern including early starts and late shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Clipster for DCP creation and packaging
