Technical Operations & Stock Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, clean, and perform quality checks on returned rental booths
• Diagnose technical issues and execute repairs on lighting, cameras, PCs, and touchscreens
• Load and test software builds and apply configuration profiles
• Apply skins and graphics to units according to brand guidelines
• Manage inventory systems, scan assets, and monitor stock levels
• Prepare kits for shipment, including customs paperwork and scheduling global couriers
• Liaise with Sales and Project Management teams regarding deadlines and requirements
• Provide remote support to installers during event builds

Requirements

• Logistics diploma
• 2-5 years of experience in AV rental, technical refurbishment, or warehouse operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows-based systems and PC hardware
• Familiarity with inventory scanners, WMS, or ERP software
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and operate warehouse equipment
• Valid diving license
• Proficiency in English and German
• Excellent organizational and stress management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live-event technology or photo-booth hardware
• Forklift license
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for artwork verification
