Technical Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational owner of service configuration, campaign quality, and live readiness for the Live Services portfolio
• Own end-to-end configuration and validation of campaigns, features, and content delivered through Online Services products
• Define and enforce pre-launch validation workflows, including configuration checklists and go/no-go gates
• Diagnose root causes of live operation issues by reading logs, inspecting API responses, and tracing configuration flows
• Drive onboarding and integration for Online Services products like Player Account & Authentication and Ubisoft+ Subscription
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the Live Services ecosystem to bridge gaps between production teams and platform capabilities
• Proactively improve operational processes, user flows, and technical flows
• Collaborate with Product and Program Managers to track feature requests and document integration processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, live services, release management, or DevOps
• Hands-on experience configuring back-office tools, CMS platforms, or service administration interfaces
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including web applications, REST APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues by reading logs and API responses
• Experience defining operational quality gates and acceptance criteria
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with campaign management or live operations in gaming
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, OAuth, or similar web frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure monitoring
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
