Technical Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own service configuration, campaign quality, and live readiness across the Live Services portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end configuration and validation of campaigns, features, and content delivered through Online Services.
• Define and enforce pre-launch validation workflows, including configuration checklists and go/no-go gates.
• Diagnose root causes of live operation issues by reading logs, inspecting API responses, and tracing configuration flows.
• Drive the onboarding and integration journey for products such as Player Account & Authentication and Ubisoft+ Subscription.
• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to track feature requests and maintain documentation for operational flows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, live services, release management, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience configuring back-office tools, CMS platforms, or service administration interfaces.
• Strong practical knowledge of web technologies, including web services, REST APIs, and data formats like JSON and XML.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs and API responses.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with campaign management or live operations workflows within a gaming context.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, OAuth, or similar web frameworks and authentication protocols.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, or infrastructure monitoring.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project tracking tools.
