Technical Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide cross-functional teams in the delivery of customer-focused products and services
• Organize, plan, and direct program schedules, budgets, and staffing requirements
• Oversee interdepartmental activities to ensure adherence to product development timelines, quality, and business metrics
• Manage product life cycle activities, including P&L oversight and customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary communication channel for customers and serve as an escalation point for issues
• Monitor and track project deliverables, program proposals, and funding requirements
• Drive continuous improvement and implement corrective actions based on performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Engineering background with experience in SMT processes, work order reduction, and production line installations
• Proven project management experience
• Experience leading and managing Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) at a managerial level
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong internal communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Core Tools and problem-solving methodologies
