Technical Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own technology portfolio operations and continuously raise system maturity and performance
• Support quarterly and annual technology planning cycles to ensure strategic alignment
• Proactively manage risks and cross-team dependencies across engineering portfolios
• Produce management reporting on portfolio health and delivery metrics
• Evolve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce technical debt

Requirements

• Solid background in technology portfolio or operations management
• Deep understanding of software delivery and product development lifecycles
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks
