Technical Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own technology portfolio operations and continuously raise maturity and performance
• Deliver strategic planning and ensure alignment between initiatives and technology strategy
• Manage risks and cross-team dependencies proactively across engineering portfolios
• Enable data-driven decision-making through management reporting on portfolio health and delivery metrics
• Continuously assess and evolve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce technical debt

Requirements

• Solid background in technology portfolio or operations management in a Product & Tech environment
• Deep understanding of software delivery and product development lifecycles
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for translating complex data into stakeholder insights
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally without direct authority
• Experience with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks
