Responsibilities
- Propose maintenance for tertiary building and industrial facilities
- Manage public tenders for building maintenance
- Define technical energy efficiency solutions for buildings and industries
- Perform technical calculations for energy savings and quantification
- Prepare technical-economic offers
- Simulate economic-financial models
- Provide technical support for operations including reports and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Technical Engineering
- Knowledge of building technical installations (HVAC, electricity, fire protection, RITE, CTE)
- Knowledge of energy efficiency projects
- Knowledge of measurement and verification systems (EVO)
- Knowledge of installation regulation and control systems
- Experience with energy certification programs
- Minimum 1 year of experience
