Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve technical issues with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
- Manage and troubleshoot macOS devices and development environments at scale
- Trace root causes across complex, multi-system failures, including Google Workspace, MDM, and AWS
- Build runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and documentation
- Lead projects addressing operational pain points such as device provisioning, access control, and compliance automation
- Design self-service solutions to empower engineers
- Partner with security to implement and maintain compliance controls
- Support rapid hiring by streamlining onboarding and provisioning processes
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in IT operations or technical support
- Experience with identity management, SSO, and access control with Okta
- Expert troubleshooting across the Apple ecosystem and MDM tools like Mosyle
- Advanced Google Workspace administration (SAML, OIDC, SCIM)
- Multi-cloud support experience with AWS
- Network troubleshooting experience including DNS, VPNs, and routing
- Scripting and automation skills using Python, TypeScript, or Bash
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management
