About the Company

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey from Ambient AI to autonomous RCM processing. The company supports over 500,000 clinicians and handles billions in annual claims.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy internal applications, automations, and data workflows
• Build internal systems and operational dashboards using Retool
• Deploy AI-powered applications and agent workflows via Vercel and Cursor
• Design and maintain tools that connect to live data via APIs, SQL, and webhooks
• Prototype tools quickly and iterate based on user feedback
• Partner with operational leads to translate business needs into technical solutions

Requirements

• 3–5 years in technical operations, business systems, or software development
• Hands-on experience building internal tools in Retool
• Experience deploying web applications via Vercel using AI-assisted environments like Cursor
• Solid command of SQL, including complex queries and ETL pipeline design
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and database connectors
• Practical experience building with LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-step agent workflows
• Strong communication skills for documenting builds and onboarding teams

Preferred Qualifications

• JavaScript or Python experience for scripting and data pipelines
• Background in healthcare tech, SaaS operations, or clinical workflow environments
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience in shared services or platform team models
• Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
