Technical Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy internal applications, automations, and data workflows
• Build internal systems and operational dashboards using Retool
• Deploy AI-powered applications and agent workflows via Vercel and Cursor
• Design and maintain tools connecting to live data via APIs, SQL, and webhooks
• Prototype tools quickly and iterate based on user feedback
• Integrate LLM capabilities like summarization and classification into internal tooling

Requirements

• 3–5 years in technical operations, business systems, or software development
• Hands-on experience building internal tools in Retool
• Experience deploying web applications via Vercel using AI-assisted environments like Cursor
• Solid command of SQL including complex queries and ETL pipeline design
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and webhooks
• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and multi-step agent workflows
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• JavaScript or Python experience
• Background in healthcare tech or SaaS operations
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience with workflow automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n
