Technical Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of operational data through strong validation practices
• Support daily process monitoring and basic auditing to maintain compliance and traceability
• Identify process gaps and suggest smart improvements across different project stages
• Support data consolidation efforts and contribute to the development of useful dashboards
• Assist in cost monitoring and validation to align operational activities with financial workflows

Requirements

• Degree or current studies in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy when processing information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• English language proficiency at a C1 level
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Conversational skills in German
• Conversational skills in Chinese
