Technical Onboarding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Onboard new and existing customers onto the Nasdaq Trade Surveillance SaaS platform.
• Manage technical integrations, data mapping, and exchange-specific queries.
• Perform data quality testing and resolve issues in collaboration with customers.
• Conduct regular client meetings from post-sales through to go-live.
• Prepare tailored project plans and provide weekly status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with functional analysts, sales, support, and development teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Draft change requests based on client requirements and perform vital testing to ensure functionality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Capital Markets domain (Equities, Futures, Options, etc.).
• Proficiency with UNIX/Linux commands ranging from basic to sophisticated.
• Experience using GIT version control tools.
• Strong understanding of regular expressions.
• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent customer management, negotiation, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a UK shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of OTC markets such as Forex and Fixed Income.
• Knowledge of trading protocols like FIX or Omnet.
