About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from tender and shop drawings
- Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Prepare and review monthly payment certificates for clients and subcontractors
- Measure and verify executed quantities on-site against contract drawings
- Prepare variation orders and assess additional or omitted works
- Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical and quantity-related issues
- Monitor material quantities and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Prepare final quantity reconciliation and project final accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying or Technical Office roles within construction projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, invoices, variation orders, and quantity take-off
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and quantity surveying software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
