Technical Office Engineer

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate technical and financial matters of the project
• Prepare quantity take-offs for construction works
• Collect necessary specifications for market research and procurement
• Coordinate and monitor contractual obligations of partners, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Control, coordinate, and distribute project studies and track modifications
• Participate in drafting and monitoring supplier and subcontractor contracts
• Prepare certifications and accounts for subcontractors
• Collect data for as-built drawings and project registry
• Collect data for project progress reports and schedule revisions
• Maintain the project diary and archives

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7 years of experience in a technical office or construction site
• Experience in complex building projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Proficiency in English
