About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight and guidance across Collections initiatives to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to identify and resolve technical dependencies.
- Manage, investigate, and troubleshoot application and system issues during warranty periods.
- Support incident and problem resolution for critical technical issues, acting as a liaison between business, vendors, and technology groups.
- Mentor and coach teams on best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in technical delivery processes and maintain professional relationships across project management and business lines.
- Perform ongoing application maintenance, including server patching and certificate renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in application development.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically Incident, Request, and Change Management.
- Experience with Cloud technologies such as GCP and Azure.
- Proficiency with CI/CD frameworks, code deployment, and version control systems (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket).
- 3 years of experience using collaboration and ticketing tools including Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SDLC practices and DevOps pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language skills are considered a strong asset.
- Experience with program delivery, including planning, estimation, and execution.
