Technical Migration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through post-migration configuration, including catalog pages, access control, and branding.
• Act as a platform expert to answer technical questions regarding learning paths, certificates, and enrollment.
• Proactively identify and resolve friction points between different LMS platforms.
• Review migrated content (courses, quizzes, and learner data) alongside clients to ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining clear scope boundaries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex bugs to Engineering or Product teams when necessary.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of practical experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Solid knowledge of Web services, APIs, and Webhooks.
• Experience in LMS or SaaS platform administration (e.g., Skilljar, Docebo, Litmos, or similar).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with global customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Skilljar administration.
• Familiarity with LMS data concepts like enrollment imports and completion records.
• Background in SaaS Customer Success, Technical Support, or Professional Services.
• Conceptual familiarity with SSO (SAML/OAuth) and CRM integrations.
