Technical Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate technical differentiators in power conversion, energy storage, and electrification
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new technologies and solutions aligned with business unit objectives
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends in Power Electronics
• Create technical marketing collateral including white papers, case studies, presentations, and solution briefs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused messaging
• Support sales teams with technical insights and tools to enable strategic selling
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a subject matter expert
• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and position capabilities effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical marketing or product management
• Experience working within EMS/CMO or engineering environments
• Deep expertise in Power Electronics
• Strong knowledge of power conversion technologies, energy storage systems, and electrification trends
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics
