Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate operational teams within the assigned activity zone
• Plan and organize tasks and resources to meet established objectives
• Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring requests and resolving technical issues
• Prepare quotes and oversee extra-contractual works and projects
• Analyze performance indicators and implement corrective actions
• Optimize operational processes and intervention organization
• Manage costs and optimize resource allocation
• Enforce QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) and SMI procedures
• Report key information and progress to the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Higher education degree in a technical field (Maintenance, HVAC, or Electrotechnics)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in team management and operational coordination
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC (CVC), mechanics, automation, and electrical engineering
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational management with demonstrated results
• Ability to optimize both technical and economic performance
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and unite teams around common goals
• Knowledge of QHSE and SMI standards
• High level of organization, reactivity, and ability to prioritize actions
