Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice within the scope of qualifications
• Prepare technical reports including Technical Due Diligence
• Act as a consultant or supervision inspector on construction projects
• Verify building permits, execution designs, and as-built documentation
• Participate in acceptance inspections of properties and installation works
• Verify costs of works and advise on contractor selection
• Deliver instructions and reports from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Comply with company policies, management systems, and Quality Management Procedures

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Unlimited construction license to manage construction works in structural specialization (or readiness to obtain within 6 months)
• Knowledge of Polish construction law and technical conditions
• Fluent English communication skills including industry terminology
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid category B driving license
• Mobility for project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Design structural license
• Experience in preparing Technical Due Diligence reports
• Experience in sustainable construction, innovation, technology, or certification
