Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for renewable energy installations to ensure high-quality and safety standards
• Conduct audits and site inspections to monitor progress and compliance
• Act as the company’s Qualified Supervisor (QS) to ensure installations comply with industry regulations and certification standards
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site
• Lead safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Identify skills gaps and implement training and upskilling programs for the workforce
• Support effective allocation of materials, equipment, and workforce to optimize productivity
• Guarantee all installations meet technical and regulatory standards for seamless handover

Requirements

• Experience in site management and supervision within the renewable energy sector
• Ability to act as a Qualified Supervisor (QS) regarding industry regulations
• Strong knowledge of MCS, NICEIC, or equivalent regulatory bodies
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proven leadership and team motivation abilities
• Detail-oriented and strategic thinking approach
