Technical Manager Spatial Experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical management of turnkey projects and tenders, including museums, pavilions, and cultural installations.
• Coordinate the design and engineering of integrated audio-visual and lighting systems.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation such as layouts, schematics, system diagrams, and project schedules.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Provide leadership and direction to technical teams to ensure coordinated execution of all project phases.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing internal workflows and maintaining technical knowledge resources.

Requirements

• Proven technical project management experience with turnkey projects (AVL, scenic, or fit-out) in the entertainment or cultural sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) systems and control technologies.
• Experience managing large-scale installations and significant project budgets.
• Strong understanding of technical, business, and contractual correlations.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• A degree in Audio-Visual fields, Construction Management, Architecture, or an equivalent discipline is highly desirable.
• A strong industry network in the UAE and KSA is a significant advantage.
