Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Technical Authority for Toys & Juvenile Products (TJP)
• Provide high-level technical consultancy to clients and internal teams to drive business growth
• Prepare training plans and provide technical training and competency management
• Partner with Sales to provide technical consultancy during pre-sales and post-sales stages
• Serve as a speaker for external technical seminars, webinars, and workshops
• Lead new development projects including new testing programs and lab setups
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 and global TJP testing standards
• Perform final technical review and validation for complex TJP cases, including Age Grading and Risk Assessment
• Coordinate with operation, CS, and Sales teams to settle client complaints and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• University degree or above
• At least five years of experience in a Hardgoods Testing Lab (Toy or Juvenile Product preferred)
• Strong communication skills in presentation, public speaking, and technical advisory
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
• Ability to complete projects and assignments on a timely basis
