- Prepare and control budgets
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in production, maintenance, or operations
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership position managing both white-collar and blue-collar staff
- Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, or similar industrial sectors
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Project management experience
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
